TEDOM Engines is a manufacturing division of TEDOM a.s. that specializes in designing and manufacturing engines for the most demanding applications including gas engines for cogeneration, the oil & gas segment, and other continuous-duty applications.

All of the engines produced by TEDOM Engines are designed for continuous duty, and the current product portfolio ranges from 35 kW up to 365 kW. The engine design reflects the expertise gained over 30 years of gas engine development and production operation. Furthermore, all engines have been proven to be effective in TEDOM´s CHP applications.

The TEDOM engine plant in Jablonec nad Nisou continues to build on the rich tradition of the automotive industry and engine production in the Liberec region, which dates back to 1906. In 1953, the LIAZ - Liberec Automotive Plants was founded, and a large engine manufacturing plant was built in Jablonec nad Nisou. LIAZ made significant technical and production progress to become an internationally renowned brand, successfully exporting its products across the world. Since 2003, LIAZ has become part of TEDOM a.s. as an integrated engines division under the name TEDOM Engines.
