Maschinenfabrik Alfing Kessler GmbH stands for highest competence in forging, heat treatment and machining of precision parts. Since more than 100 years over 10 million crankshafts, in a range between 0,5 to 8 m in length, have been produced. Due to our broad manufacturing capabilities and our experience, we added various other compenents to our product portfolio over the last decades like pump- and screw-compressor shafts for the marine or chemical industry, turbine shafts for energy market or wicket gates for water industry as well as many other high precision products.

The forgings to produce large components are forged in our own closed die and press forge shop. All operations starting from material testing, forging, heat treatment, pre-machining, surface treatment with induction hardening machines developed in-house, grinding, finishing, assembly of accessories and balancing are made in our plant in Aalen-Wasseralfingen.

The medium-sized business is a global player which has acquired a prominent position on the world market.
